"Lahing Makabayan" is a concept in Filipino culture that signifies an individual's strong love and concern for their country. Being "Lahing Makabayan" entails more than just being Filipino; it involves having a deep love for the nation that binds people together to work and help each other for the progress of their country. It is about caring for fellow Filipinos and being willing to sacrifice for the greater good of the majority.
"Lahing Makabayan" ay isang konsepto sa Filipino na nangangahulugang ang isang indibidwal ay may matatag na pagmamahal at pagmamalasakit sa kanyang bansa. Ang pagiging "Lahing Makabayan" ay hindi lamang simpleng pagiging Filipino, kundi pagkakaroon ng pagmamahal sa bayan na nagbubuklod sa mga tao upang magsama-sama at magtulong-tulong para sa ikauunlad ng kanilang bansa. Ito ay tungkol sa pagkakaroon ng malasakit sa kapwa Pilipino at pagiging handang magsakripisyo para sa kabutihan ng nakararami.
